| Long before Thai boxing,
aerobics or spinning, there was African dance and the electrifying sounds
of African drumming. Now, for the first time, internationally acclaimed
dancer, drummer, teacher and choreographer Djoniba Mouflet has created
a teacher training certification program for his innovative, fun and proven
-effective workout, Joneeba African Dance, which he has been successfully
teaching for 18 years. No fancy equipment or huge investment of money
or time is necessary. Joneeba African Dance can be taught anywhere. All
you need is the passion to be at the forefront of this revolutionary fitness
program. It will open the door to an exciting new career opportunity.
Based on the principles of exercise physiology for a complete body workout,
Joneeba African Dance focuses on the dances and drums of Africa. It combines
a unique body stretching, strengthening and toning warm-up along with
powerful yet graceful and simple West African dance movements that are
methodically broken down so that everyone and anyone can learn and have
a good time. Incorporating body, mind, and spirit, Joneeba African Dance
is the perfect holistic workout. But most of all, Joneeba African Dance
is fun fitness. |
